Water can significantly make a difference inside and out. It did for me and my beauty regime. Not only that but the foods & vitamins I started to put back into my diet really helped me as well.

So I upped my water intake and switched up my eating lifestyle and voila I’m glowing! Eat your heart out dewy skinned models.
